New police video of former NFL cornerback turned Amazon Prime analyst Richard Sherman 's arrest last year was obtained and released by TMZ Sports on Tuesday (October 14).

The footage was captured by a Washington State Patrol squad car on February 24, 2024, the night he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Multiple officers were on the scene when Sherman was pulled over and claimed to have had "two margaritas" before driving.

One officer was heard acknowledging that he recognized Sherman from his legendary stint with the Seattle Seahawks.

"Did you see who it was? Richard Sherman from the Seahawks. I'll let you take it," the officer said.
