Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis Space Solutions , says the company is seeing strong growth across India, with a special focus on expanding into emerging Tier-II cities.

“We are already in 18 cities, and Vijayawada will be the 19th,” he said, adding that Awfis plans to reach nearly 20 cities by the end of this year.

Tier-II cities now make up about 10% of the company’s total portfolio, or nearly 17,000 of its 1.6 lakh seats. This expansion reflects rising demand for flexible office spaces beyond metros, especially from startups and smaller enterprises looking for managed workspace solutions closer to their workforce hubs.
