Tennessee Titans interim head coach Mike McCoy realizes he must tailor their offense to rookie quarterback Cam Ward, not the other way around.
On Monday, the 1-5 Titans fired head coach Brian Callahan after he went 4-19 in 23 games with the club. Before Callahan's dismissal, 2025 No. 1 overall pick Ward told The Athletic's Michael Silver , "I'm not playing how I want to play right now," indicating he was uncomfortable in the team's offense.
