Somerset Council considering charging garbage customers more for second cans

Sanitation rates may be changing for certain City of Somerset customers, with Mayor Alan Keck saying that customers that produce more than one can of garbage will need to pay for that.

Council held the first reading for an ordinance that would raise rates for those who need more than one can.
