Montreal drivers can expect road closures and lane reductions beginning Wednesday night, with work scheduled on Highways 25 and 30, as well as the Honoré-Mercier Bridge.
According to Quebec’s Transport Ministry, overnight work will take place along Highway 25, including in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel, while Highway 30 will see lane closures throughout the weekend.
Highway 25 closures
Beginning at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, Highway 25 southbound will be closed between exit 5 — Route 138, Hochelaga Street, Sherbrooke Street — and the entrance from Île Charron. The closure will remain in place until 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15.
During the same period, the northbound side of Highway 25 will be closed between exit 90 — Highway 20 West, Route 132, La Prairie, USA, Varennes, P.-E
