John's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 7 of 2025. Are the breakout performances from Kimani Vidal, Cam Skattebo, DeMario Douglas legit or flukes?

Three NFL players had by far their best fantasy football performances of the season in Week 6 -- Los Angeles Chargers running back Kimani Vidal , New York Giants RB Cam Skattebo , and New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas .

All three of these players were generally selected in the very late rounds or went undrafted in fantasy football leagues this year, but each had breakout games in Week 6 that are making fantasy managers consider starting them in Week 7.
