SEATTLE — This week was supposed to be a milestone moment for Tyson Foster. The West Seattle artist had just debuted his work for the first time as part of the West Seattle Art Walk. His paintings were displayed proudly inside the lobby of Junction 47 Apartments.
But instead of celebrating, he’s now searching for six missing pieces, stolen in the early hours of Saturday morning.
“I was kind of in shock,” Foster said. “I didn’t know what to think.”
Security footage from the building captured the entire theft. A man can be seen breaking into the complex, walking the halls with an empty black trash bag.
