“What was keeping me up at night was my grandson being out of school,” Angela Glisson, of Hartford, said.

It’s a personal story for her as she opened up about the delay her five-year-old grandson went through when starting school in Hartford. He’s a special needs student with autism.

“He’s brilliant. Like he can work a phone better than me,” Glisson said.
