HOPE – On Sunday, October 19 at 2pm the Hempstead County Historical Society will provide a bus tour of historic sites in Hope. Gary Martin, local historian, will be the guide around some of the different places of interest. Hope has been in existence for 150 years and has seen many changes. Come learn about some of the interesting past of this unique town we all call home.

The bus will leave at 2pm from Hope at the parking lot across from Cadence Bank and The HUB at the intersection of 3rd and Elm Street. The tour will last a little over 2 hours. Admission price for the tour is $5 per person and will go to support the Historical Society.
