Aurora City Council elections are held on Election Day in odd years, resulting in more unpredictable and generally lower voter turnout, according to decades of Aurora voting history. Election results for 2023 in Arapahoe County reveal a 39% voter turnout. Last year’s general election drew 76% of voters.
