For most, it's common to stick to our regimen and accept the status quo or the demise of the status quo, if it doesn't affect our property value. Families accept norms because there is no anticipation for change.

The definition of change is to make different, alter or modify. And this swings both ways. As we all see, there are dilapidated structures or homes in our community. At some point, sooner than later, we pick up the phone and call an elected official, neighborhood mayor or town manager.
