WINDBER, Pa. – Windber Area school officials said they are reinforcing policies on the school’s weight room in the wake of a September incident that led to hazing charges against two football players.

That includes efforts to eliminate “blind spots” in a facility that was already monitored by surveillance cameras and reminding athletic program staff in writing that they must monitor weight room areas “at all times,” Superintendent Mike Vuckovich said. ×
