BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new movie made by local talent has premiered at the Buffalo International Film Festival .

On Tuesday night, a new film called 'Stationed At Home' premiered at the North Park Theatre as part of the Buffalo International Film Festival.

The film was written and directed by Daniel Masciari, a Buffalo native, and was filmed in Binghamton, NY.

The film follows a taxi driver on Christmas Eve in 1998, and captures his night of giving rides to eccentric passengers on what was meant to be a "silent night."

The premier marked Masciari's directorial debut, and stars Eliza VanCourt, Darryle Johnson, Peter Foster Morris, and Erik Bjarnar.

The film will be available on streaming apps starting November 11.
