GR Infraprojects Ltd on Tuesday (October 14) informed the stock exchanges that the Income Tax Department conducted a search operation at multiple locations linked to the company, including its Registered Office, Head Office, Corporate Office, and other premises, along with the residences of the promoters, members of the promoter group, the Chief Financial Officer, and several employees.

The company said the search began on October 9, 2025, and concluded on October 14, 2025. It added that it is in a position to provide this information to the exchanges as of October 14. GR Infraprojects stated that it fully cooperated with the Income Tax Department during the proceedings. The company clarified that its business operations remain unaffected and continue as usual.
