EVANSVILLE — After already dealing with delays, neighbors concerned about the High Spirits liquor store in Evansville's Fourth Ward will have to wait at least another month for answers.

The Alcoholic Beverage Board of Vanderburgh County met Tuesday afternoon for its monthly meeting, at which time members were meant to vote on the alcohol permit for the High Spirits store at 325 S. Kentucky Ave.
