On Oct. 7, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office and New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice, Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi reached a plea agreement . Under the terms of the agreement, the state dismissed two felony charges — each carrying potential sentences of up to seven years in jail — in exchange for a no contest plea to a single misdemeanor, resulting in a $1,200 fine.
