HDFC AMC Q2 FY26 Results: HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) on October 15 reported a strong performance for the second quarter of the financial year 2026, with net profit rising nearly 25 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 718.43 crore, compared to Rs 576.61 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s revenue from operations also showed healthy growth, increasing by about 16 per cent YoY to Rs 1,027.40 crore, up from Rs 887.21 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

HDFC AMC Bonus Issue

In a major announcement, HDFC AMC’s Board has also approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1, which means one new fully paid-up equity share of Rs 5 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 5 each.
