TRAVERSE CITY — The International Affairs Forum will debut its inaugural gala, “An Evening of Global Perspective,” on Thursday, Oct. 16, at Northwestern Michigan College’s Hagerty Center. The evening will feature former U.S. Rep. Peter Meijer as the keynote speaker, student voices shaped by IAF programs, live music, and dinner beside Grand Traverse Bay.

IAF Director Alex Tank said the evening both celebrates the forum’s community role and raises support for student access and educational programming.
