ASHEBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- A possible grenade was found in a flower bed by a person doing yardwork at a home in Asheboro on Tuesday, according to an Asheboro Police Department news release.

Officers with the APD responded to a residence on Oakmont Drive when they were told about a suspicious device.
