A Supreme Court Bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) B R Gavai and Justice K Vinod Chandran has allowed the sale of ‘green’ crackers in the National Capital Region (NCR) for three days starting Saturday (October 18), subject to several conditions which are applicable both to citizens and the authorities.
