Four developments in Midtown collectively totaling more than $64 million are set to proceed in the next few months pending final approval of tax increment financing by the Oklahoma City Council.

A committee consisting of representatives of the city, Oklahoma County, Metro Technology Center, the Oklahoma City/County Health Department, Oklahoma City Public Schools and the Metropolitan Library System unanimously agreed to recommend approval of $5,959,288.
