A man was arrested Tuesday after police found a missing Pownal teen .

Elijah Coleman, 23, faces charges of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, criminal restraint, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of protection order, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

His arrest comes after a weeklong investigation into the disappearance of 13-year-old Jadelynn Harlow, who was last seen on Oct. 6 in Freeport.

During the investigation, police tracked Harlow down to a Brighton Avenue residence in Portland, where officers executed a search warrant.

Inside they found Harlow along with Coleman and a 21-year-old woman, who was interviewed as part of the investigation but was not charged Tuesday.
