Andhra Pradesh government has cleared two investment proposals from the Raymond Group worth ₹1,000 crore under its Industrial Development Policy 4.0 (2024–29).
The twin projects for aerospace and automotive components manufacturing are expected to generate 5,400 direct jobs in Sri Satya Sai District of the State.
This marks Andhra Pradesh’s first aerospace investment under the new aerospace policy. As per the orders issued by the Industries and Commerce Department, the government has offered a special incentive package of ₹700 crore to accelerate project rollout.
