The Bombay High Court has quashed a FIR registered by Rakhi Sawant against her husband Adil Durrani. Sawant was present in court and said that she had no objection to the quashing of the FIR and the subsequent chargesheet filed by Oshiwara police station in the case.

While quashing the FIR, the court refrained from imposing any costs, noting that the matter arose out of a matrimonial dispute.

The court also quashed an FIR registered by Durrani against Sawant with Amboli police station, which pertained to an obscene video that was shared with friends.

Durrani said, I don't have any objection to the quashing of the FIR. He reiterated what is stated in his affidavit that he has no objection to the quashing of FIR.
