This week we've had some fantastic weather thanks to high pressure, keeping things dry and seasonally mild across Southern Illinois and the Ohio Valley. Looking ahead past 4 PM Eastern, our focus is shifting towards tomorrow and the weekend. Today, we can expect areas of fog through the early morning hours, but we'll see plenty of sunshine break out this afternoon with highs reaching a beautiful 82 degrees. Winds will be pretty light, so it’ll be a pleasant late afternoon.

As we move into Thursday, the sunny skies continue, with temperatures holding steady around 81 degrees. Then, Friday brings a few more clouds into the picture, but we should remain dry with highs near 80.
