A $40,000 Mega Millions ticket was sold for the Tuesday, Oct. 14 drawing, according to the CT Lottery’s website .

The winning ticket matched four of the five white balls plus the Mega Ball, according to their website, with a 4X multiplier win.

The winning numbers for Tuesday’s drawing are 12 – 22 – 49 – 57 – 58, with a Mega Ball of 19.

Additionally, a $20,000 Fast Play – $20 HIGH ROLLER PROGRESSIVE prize drawn Tuesday is unclaimed, according to the CT Lottery.

The winning ticket was sold at Thompson Wine & Spirit on 759 Quinebaug Road in North Grosvenor Dale, according to the CT Lottery’s website.
