PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Washington’s second In-N-Out Burger could open as soon as next year.
Vice President of Store Development Mike Abbate confirmed to KOIN 6 News that the fast food company’s proposal for a Vancouver restaurant on 11515 SE Mill Plain — not 13511 SE 3rd Way, as previously reported — is still on the way.
“Although we don’t have a precise opening date, we do hope to open sometime in 2026,” Abbate said in a statement. “We look forward to being part of the community and greatly appreciate the support from our Customers there.”
According to Abbate, the restaurant is still in its initial construction phase. A Vancouver outpost has been in the works since April 2024, when the California-founded chain first filed a commercial development pre-application with city officials.
