Days after industry leader and prominent Bengalurean Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw tweeted about infrastructure issues with the city, a political war has broken out over the state of affairs in Karnataka. Nara Lokesh, IT Minister of Andhra Pradesh, took aim at the Congress government in neighbouring Karnataka, highlighting the inability of the state to maintain facilities and infrastructure conducive to the IT industry. In response, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar assured the state remains the top destination for the industry.
