Find out Ankeny City Council, school board candidate platforms

Ankeny candidates for City Council and school board shared their thoughts about the direction of the city and school district in a public forum.

The Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce hosted back-to-back question and answer forums for Ankeny City Council and Ankeny school board candidates at Ankeny's Kirkendall Public Library on Monday, Oct. 13. The candidates will be on the ballot in the Nov. 4 election; early voting starts Oct. 15 .
