LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. ( KCTV /Gray News) - A mother is accused of crashing her vehicle during a police pursuit and injuring her two daughters in Missouri.

Lafayette County deputies were chasing a 34-year-old woman when she wrecked her car in the median shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday.

The woman’s daughters, ages 9 and 10, suffered minor injuries and the vehicle was totaled. The girls were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The woman’s identity has not been released and it is unknown if she was injured.
