NORTH HAVEN, CT (WFSB) - Use of force against a man in North Haven who suffered a mental health crisis was justified, according to the state Office of the Inspector General.
Robert Mazurek Jr., 51, of North Haven, was arrested and unharmed during a barricade situation in town in Aug. 2024.
Inspector General Eliot Prescott released his report on Wednesday.

Prescott said that between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2024, regional SWAT team members responded to an address on Cloudland Road.
