JAMMU, OCTOBER 15: The Military Civil Fusion Capsule (MCFC) commenced today with an inaugural session at the Tiger Division, Jammu where the General Officer Commanding, Tiger Division welcomed the gathering.

The capsule, scheduled from 15th to 29th October, underscores the critical role of synergy among the Armed Forces, Civil Administration and Security Agencies in ensuring stability and progress in the region.

The MCFC aims to deepen institutional collaboration, extending beyond strategic levels to the grassroots governance, which is crucial in addressing multidimensional challenges such as conventional security threats and emerging issues in the cyber and social domains.
