The Downtown Dover Partnership joined city, county and state leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking for the downtown mobility center and parking garage on Oct. 14.
The $20 million project is north of Loockerman Street, between Governors Avenue and Bradford Street.
The center will provide 325 parking spaces for residents and downtown businesses.
