4400 BLOCK J CROSS AVENUE: Police are looking for a 17-year-old boy after his 38-year-old mother called 911 Tuesday evening, saying he had shoved her and thrown her phone to prevent her from leaving her residence, Police Capt. Eric Vos said. The mother said her son had arrived at her home to gather some items and prevented her from leaving during that time, pushing her to keep her from the doorway, before he left. Officers have been unable to contact him as of press time. The investigation continues.
