The parents of a 1-year-old girl who was found dead in a pool at a New York City day care are suing the facility and its owners.

In a complaint obtained by PEOPLE, parents Ifiok and Ima Wilson alleged that Ana’s Butterfly Garden and its operators, Ana Gonzalez and John Guzman, were negligent and failed to uphold their duty of care, resulting in the death of their daughter, River.
