CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office is launching a new Indigenous Relations webpage.

The office calls it a "dedicated online resource designed to strengthen relationships with Tribal nations and provide accessible information for Native communities across the state."

“Our office is committed to moving beyond words and are taking action,” said Secretary Franciso Aguilar. “Nevada’s Tribes are sovereign nations with deep histories, vibrant cultures and powerful voices across our state. This page highlights resources that encourage civic participation, foster economic growth and more, and represents our ongoing efforts to collaborate and build trust with Nevada’s Tribal Nations.”
