EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility are enlisting the public’s help in trying to find sinkholes on public streets.

In a Facebook post, officials are saying if you see a sinkhole on a public street or right-of-way, to go to this website to report it.

Officials will then investigate, and if it is related to a water or sewer line, they will add it to their list for repairs.

The website leads to a form where you can leave the location, comments, and a picture.

Officials say potholes caused by a break in the asphalt will be referred to the City of Evansville, or you can report a pothole by sending an email to potholes@evansville.in.gov.
