The first advance vote in Whitecourt was Oct. 14, with the next advance poll scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18 and election day falling on Monday, Oct. 20.

To vote in a local election, a person must be at least 18, a Canadian citizen and a resident of either the Town of Whitecourt or Woodlands County on election day.
