GEAUGA COUNTY, Ohio — The Geauga County Sheriff's Office has announced that two more suspects are in custody for their alleged roles in the targeting of an Amish family in Middlefield Township , leading to a violent robbery that involved physical assault, stun guns and threats against an 8-year-old child.

Officials say William Hatfield, 44, of Massillon and Randall Cromer, 36, of Doylestown, were arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) at a residence in the 120 block of Niles Place in Canton on Wednesday.

Sheriff's detectives went to the location in the early morning hours of Wednesday and conducted surveillance before reaching out to the NOVFTF for assistance with serving arrest warrants.
