Name, Image and Likeness may be coming to an high school athlete in Ohio.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association discussing whether an emergency vote will takes place for its membership on adopting some form on NIL.

This comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed against the OHSAA that seeks to allow Jamier Brown of Wayne High School to benefit from name, image and likeness while in high school.

ESPN reports via the complaint that Brown, who's verballed to Ohio State, has the potential to earn more than $100,000 per year.

He can't receive any money because Ohio is one of six states that has no form of NIL.

With the pending lawsuit the OHSAA is deciding whether its membership will have an "emergency vote" on allowing NIL.

That decision is due sometime Wednesday or Thursday.
