Big banks say economy is 'resilient', Americans feel otherwise

The government shutdown still has Americans in the dark about a lot of key economic data but some of the nation's biggest banks say the U.S. economy remains generally resilient. However, the majority of Americans feel the economy is getting worse, according to a poll from The Economist/You Gov. CNBC Senior Analyst and Commentator Ron Insana joins Katy Tur to share his analysis.
