Democrats continue outcry as Adelita Grijalva still not sworn in

Capitol Hill Democrats made another show of unity and outrage as they called for U.S. Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva to be sworn into office and accused House Speaker Mike Johnson of “protecting pedophiles.”

Standing outside the U.S. Capitol on Oct. 15, the leadership of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus added their voices to Arizona’s two House and two Senate Democrats on a matter they said comes down to the Jeffrey Epstein case alone.
