Despite Iowa basketball finishing within his final four schools , class of 2026 guard Quentin Coleman chose to take his talents to an ACC program instead.

Iowa had hosted Coleman on a Sept. 26 official visit, but the 6-foot-3 guard revealed that he will be joining Wake Forest next season. Coleman made his announcement on CBS Sports' college basketball YouTube page , choosing the Demon Deacons over Iowa and fellow finalists Texas Tech, and Saint Louis.

The 170-pound shooting guard out of St. Louis, Mo., ranks as the No. 78 player nationally, as the No. 19 shooting guard, and as the No. 4 player from the Show-Me State according to Rivals .

Coleman helped lead The Principia School to a 30-1 record last season and a state championship, where he averaged 19.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5
