Authorities in Pennsylvania have made an arrest in connection with the disappearance of Kada Scott , who was reportedly being harassed before vanishing.

Keon King, 21, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Oct. 15, the Philadelphia Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE.
