HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says nearly $120,000,000 is on the way to six counties to buy out properties from willing Kentuckians in flood-prone areas.

In the Tri-State area, McLean County is receiving $2,300,000. Officials estimated 50% of the county was under water from the floods back in April.

Officials predicted the funds will benefit over 600 homeowners.
