SAN JOSE – Defensemen John Klingberg and Timothy Liljegren are both day-to-day with injuries and appear to be questionable to play Friday when the winless San Jose Sharks face the Utah Mammoth in their first road game of the season.

Both Klingberg and Liljegren were injured during the Sharks’ 5-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes at SAP Center on Tuesday, Warsofsky said. Klingberg did not play the final 5:12 of regulation time, and Liljegren did not take a shift in the final 6:13, as the Sharks (0-1-2) lost their third straight game to begin the season.
