Police are investigating two “targeted” overnight shootings in northwest London that occurred within 15 minutes of each other, marking the 18th and 19th gunfire incidents in the city this year.
At approximately 12:25 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to reports of gunfire on Homestead Court, a street in Whitehills in northwest London. Upon arrival, police said they found evidence that multiple shots had struck a residence.
Fifteen minutes later, at around 12:40 a.m., police were called to the 0-100 block of Huron Street, west of Richmond Street in Old North. Officers found damage to a residence, indicating that “multiple shots” were fired at the home , police said.
No injuries were reported at either location.
Police said that a suspect vehicle – possibly a blue H
