Gran Canaria opened the 2025/26 Basketball Champions League regular season with a convincing road win over Benfica.
In their first BCL home game, Jaka Laković’s side faced a tougher challenge. Despite some fluctuations, they improved to 2–0 with a 73-68 victory.
Isaiah Wong led the scoring for Gran Canaria with 18 points, while Eric Vila and Miquel Salvó followed with 10 points each.
On the other side, Trevor Hudgins had 14 points for Le Mans, Shannon Bogues and TaShawn Thomas added 11 apiece, while David DiLeo contributed 10.
