CINCINNATI —

Another nationwide "No Kings" protest is planned for this weekend.

The first took place earlier this year, with demonstrators across the country gathering to protest President Donald Trump's administration. Advertisement

This also people from across the Greater Cincinnati area. The protests coincided with Trump's 79th birthday, which was commemorated with a Flag Day military-style parade in Washington, D.C.

Organizers of the events say the protests are designed to peacefully "reject authoritarianism, corporate overreach, and the erosion of democracy."

A handful of counter protestors also showed up at various demonstrations. All remained peaceful.

More "No Kings" protests are set for Saturday, with several planned across the Cincinnati area.
