Change could be coming soon in terms of name, image and likeness and Ohio high school athletes being paid.

Huber Heights Wayne wide receiver Jamier Brown , the country's top wideout in the class of 2027, filed a lawsuit in Franklin County on Oct. 15 seeking to change the OHSAA rule on athletes making money from NIL.
